Shipping policy
The delivery of products purchased on https://valtservice.it/ takes place within 3-5 working days from the order if shipped in Italy and within 5-9 working days from the order if shipped outside Italy. For all those products for which the "Used equipment" shipping option is selected, delivery times may be extended, given the size of the products.
The products will in any case be delivered within 30 days according to the terms of the law. Delivery times may be subject to delays in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends. For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment.
